Proper Nutrition for a Healthy Nation

      Every July we are celebrating the month of nutrition, it reminds us the importance of eating balance diet, maintains healthy habits and to become a healthy and well rounded person. But how can we say that we are healthy? How can you be a healthy person?
    World Health Organization (WHO) is one of the organization who helps work on having a healthy lifestyle of a person. Works also in fighting diseases that may cause to malnutrition. The national government, LGU's, schools have their own ways to celebrate the month of nutrition. Here are some of the activities; food festival, essay writing contest, best nutritional barangay and etc. All of these activities contribute and add awareness of caring ones health. But we can't control ourselves in eating unhealthy foods like junkfoods, softdrinks and all that is bad for our health. we can stop our doings by starting a healthy lifestyle and healthy way of living. We are the ones who will be benefited from eating healthy foods.
     A person is healthy if she/he practice all the ways on how to keep or maintain a healthy body. doing exercises regularly, eating a healthy diet, have enough rest an sleep and drinking lots of water are some of the best way to keep a healthy body. In the life of a person, we are the only one who can save our own life. Whatever we do, whenever we go, always keep in mind that our Health is also our Wealth
